Addressing bullying at Office (for women)
There's a personality trait known as agreeableness. Agreeable people are compassionate and polite. And agreeable people get paid less than disagreeable people for the same job. Women are more agreeable than men.
-Jordan Peterson
Corporate leaders are task masters. When the taskmasters get the task done only matters. They bully. Universally women who are in their thirties are wired to be too agreeable which makes them the victim of bullying. In their thirties, women have this special ability to sacrifice anything for a child. They sacrifice their health, time, and everything to keep the child safe. When women at that age enter the work environment they go through tremendous psychological pressure because of the agreeableness they show at the workplace. They endure work pressure, unnecessary workloads, and verbal abuse. They will stay quiet for a long time enduring all. But a woman should fight against the bully. Too much of anything is good for nothing. Too much agreeableness brings forth no good to one's own self. It is good to educate women in thirty of their vulnerability. It is good if they learn to fight for themselves.
