Closing the Book: Why The Conclusion Matters

The conclusion should be a paraphrase of the report or proposal you presented and a summary of all the chapters must be provided, resulting in the finding observed or the call to action, which must be directed in the end. There are a few readers whose focus is mainly on the findings so this page is viewed first. The end of the matter (citing) should be present followed by a conclusion, this includes the list of all references you have cited for your document such as books, articles, etc…, this adds to the credibility of the presented document.
